Data processing is limited to preliminary inquiry review, counterparty compliance screening, and administration of private acquisition workflows.

We collect only information necessary for mandate intake, verification coordination, and platform security:

• Mandate & Contact Information: Full name, organization or family office representation, email address, optional telephone number, target asset category, indicative valuation band, and mandate specifications.
• Compliance & Capability Records: Where a mandate progresses to Virtual Deal Room onboarding, identity verification and proof-of-capability attestations are coordinated through authorized compliance workflows.
• Platform Security Telemetry: Session authentication state, request correlation identifiers, rate-limiting metrics, and Virtual Deal Room activity logs.

4. Non-Disclosure & Zero Third-Party Commercialization

Regentum does not sell, lease, or commercialize client inquiry data to third-party advertisers or public listing syndicators. Information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with authorized platform personnel and verified counterparties under non-disclosure obligations.

5. Access Controls & Technical Security Measures

All traffic to Regentum is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, and platform data is stored in workspace-isolated database tables protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access permissions. Access to private deal rooms and document repositories is restricted to authenticated participants with explicit workspace authorization.

6. Data Retention & Erasure Requests

Principals and representatives may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their submitted inquiry records, subject to applicable record-keeping and compliance obligations.
