1. Scope of Platform Access
By accessing or utilizing the Regentum platform ("Regentum"), operated by Regentum Dominion Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Access to restricted Virtual Deal Rooms (VDRs) is limited to verified principals, family office representatives, authorized intermediaries, and approved asset owners.
2. Verification-First Access Requirements
Submission of a public mandate inquiry does not automatically grant access to confidential asset dossiers. Deal room entry is contingent upon preliminary identity screening, proof-of-capability review, and execution of mutual non-disclosure terms. Regentum reserves the right to decline or revoke access to any mandate that does not satisfy verification requirements.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
Principals and advisors granted access to a Virtual Deal Room agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared materials and to honor the non-circumvention and client-protection terms set forth in the applicable mandate agreement.
4. Division of Responsibilities & Independent Professionals
Regentum provides private acquisition workflow software, Virtual Deal Room infrastructure, and mandate coordination—not a conventional retail real estate brokerage, licensed bank, escrow custodian, or law firm. Physical surveys, technical inspections, legal title conveyance, tax structuring, and financial escrow settlement are performed independently by qualified third-party professionals engaged by the transaction parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Public showcase profiles and market briefings are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer, solicitation, or formal investment, legal, or tax advice. Transaction parties rely on their own independent legal, technical, and financial due diligence prior to entering into binding commitments.
6. Applicable Law & Contractual Dispute Resolution
Regentum is operated by Regentum Dominion Pvt Ltd (incorporated in India). Specific governing law, arbitration rules, and venue for any transaction mandate, partner cooperation agreement, or escrow arrangement are established in the definitive written agreement executed for that engagement, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
